Ingredients:
Prepare Healthy Protein Mayo (Pro-Mayo)
-Anday (Eggs) Boiled 3
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Extra virgin olive oil ⅓ Cup
-Vinegar 2 tsp
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 2
Prepare Chicken:
-Boneless Chicken Strips 300g
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Assembling:
-Makhan (Butter) as required
-Whole wheat bread as required
-Lettuce leaves as required
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced as required
-Anday (Eggs) Omelet 2 for 1 sandwich
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced as required
-Cheese slice as required
Direction:
Prepare Healthy Protein Mayo (Pro-Mayo)
-In a bowl, add boiled eggs, garlic, pink salt, black pepper crushed, olive oil, vinegar, dried red chillies, blend well until smooth.
-Healthy Pro-Mayo is ready! set aside.
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl, add chicken, tikka masala, yogurt, paprika powder, pink salt, lemon juice, mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a pan, add olive oil, heat it, add marinated chicken, mix well, cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes, flip in between. Set aside.
Assembling:
-On a griddle, add butter & let it melt, add whole wheat bread slices, toast well from both sides.
-Take 3 toasted whole wheat bread slices, spread prepared healthy pro-mayo, place lettuce, tomato, omelet, and cucumber on one bread slice.
-Cover with another bread slice, place the cheese slice & cooked chicken pieces, cover with the third bread slice.
-Insert skewer & cut it into desired pieces. (makes: 3-4)
-Serve with prepared healthy pro-mayo!

-Ek bowl mein, ubale hue anday, lehsan, pink namak, crushed kali mirch, olive oil, vinegar, aur sukhi lal mirch dalen, achi tarah blend karen jab tak smooth na ho jaye.
-Healthy Pro-Mayo tayar hai! Side mein rakh den.
Prepare Chicken:
-Ek bowl mein, chicken, tikka masala, dahi, paprika powder, pink namak, aur lemon juice dalen, achi tarah mix karen aur 30 minutes ke liye marinate karen.
-Ek pan mein olive oil garam karen, marinated chicken dalen, achi tarah mix karen aur medium flame par 6-8 minutes cook karen, beech mein flip karen. Side mein rakh den.
Assembling:
-Ek griddle par butter dalen aur melt hone den, whole wheat bread slices dalen aur dono sides se toast karen.
-3 toasted whole wheat bread slices lein, prepared healthy pro-mayo spread karen, ek slice par lettuce, tamatar, omelet aur kheera rakhen.
-Doosre slice se cover karen, cheese slice aur cooked chicken pieces rakhen, teesre slice se cover karen.
-Skewer insert karen aur desired pieces mein cut karen. (3-4 banenge)
-Prepared healthy pro-mayo ke saath serve karen!
